General principles regarding my translation work

The original copy of a document for certified translation needs to be presented to the translator, provided it is in the Client’s possession. Otherwise, the translator is obliged to place a note under the translated text stating that the translation is done on the basis of a copy (a facsimile) of the original document.

A certified translation is always done in a paper format and, for this very reason, it needs to be transferred to the Client by post or to be collected in person. For convenience, it is possible to send a scan of the document to be translated via e-mail and to show the original document in the paper format when collecting the translation work.

Materials for non-certified translation may be provided using a medium selected by the Client (in a paper format, via e-mail, using a USB flash drive). The translated text can be returned to the Client using the same medium.

Privacy is a top priority for me: all the materials for translation as well as personal data are secured from the access of third parties.
